The Florida Educators of Family and Consumer Sciences, a
nonprofit organization, is an affiliate of the Florida Association
of Career and Technical Education which promotes:

Members include educators from:

Purposes of FEFACS
- Support the purposes of the Florida Association of Career and
Technical Education
- Promote Family and Consumer Sciences Education in Florida.
- Provide opportunity for the exchange of ideas and materials
and the sharing of experiences.
- Develop a better understanding of workforce development.
- Encourage technical and professional growth among the Family
and Consumer Sciences teachers.
- Keep the members informed of policies, plans, and issues of
the Florida Association of Career and Technical Education as they
relate to the development of workforce development.
- Maintain an organization through which teacher educators of
Family and Consumer Sciences may take an effective part in the
work of Florida Association of Career and Technical
Education.
